Meet the Team

Prof Malla Reddy is the Dean Innovation, Translation & Startups at IIT Hyderabad. He is a faculty in the Department of Chemistry, where he leads the Flextal Lab, which studies the mechanical properties of molecular crystals. His group's work has wide-ranging applications in pharmaceutics, electronics and energy storage.

Bharti is a Science Communication Officer at IIT Hyderabad. She is passionate about bringing stories of science and technology, and the people behind them, to a wider audience. Trained as an ecologist, she is also deeply interested in outreach on environmental and climate issues.
